Refund policy

Made-to-Order Products

All Grace & Geek physical products are made to order specifically for each purchase. Because we do not keep an inventory of pre-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other buyer preference reasons.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order exactly as it should be. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at graceandgeek@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Photos of the packaging or shipping label when relevant

Once we review the issue, we will work with our production partner to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not send an item back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

Because every physical item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size, color, or other product option was selected at checkout.

Please use the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. If you have a question about sizing or product options, you are always welcome to contact us before placing your order.

If you received a size or color different from the one shown on your order confirmation, please contact us, as this is considered an order issue and we will make it right.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may be sent to production soon after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.

If you notice an error in your order, contact us at graceandgeek@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if production has not yet begun, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once access to the digital product has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a digital purchase, please contact us at graceandgeek@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information indicates a problem with delivery, your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or part of your order is missing, please contact us at graceandgeek@gmail.com.

We will review the order and work with the shipping carrier and/or our production partner as appropriate.

Grace & Geek is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution for a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying order, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

European Union and Other Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Where applicable, consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods. Exceptions may apply to certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, as well as certain digital products and other categories provided by law.

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase will take precedence over this policy.
